What we do

Excellent service and support for you

Business Financials and Tax Returns

Accurate, timely reporting for smarter business decisions. Our team prepares complete business financial statements and tax returns for companies, partnerships, and trusts. We ensure your compliance obligations are met while identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce tax, and strengthen cash flow.

Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF)

Complete SMSF accounting, compliance, and reporting. Managing an SMSF comes with complex responsibilities. Our specialists handle everything — from annual SMSF financial statements and tax returns to independent audits and compliance reviews. We help trustees stay compliant, informed, and confident in managing their retirement savings.

Individual Tax Returns

Maximise your refund with expert tax advice. We make personal tax simple. Our accountants prepare and lodge individual tax returns accurately and efficiently, ensuring you claim all eligible deductions and offsets. Whether you're an employee, investor, or sole trader, we'll help you minimise tax and stay compliant — without the stress.

Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT)

Stay compliant and optimise your employee benefits. CBAF offers expert advice on Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), helping employers understand, calculate, and manage their FBT obligations. We assist with reporting, exemptions, and strategies to reduce costs — ensuring your employee benefits are both attractive and compliant.

Cash-Flow Management

Take control of your money and build financial confidence. At CBAF, we provide expert cash-flow management advice to help you understand your income, expenses, and savings potential. Our tailored plans are designed to improve your financial stability, reduce stress, and ensure your money works harder for you.

Debt Advice

Practical debt solutions to help you move forward. If debt is holding you back, our team of experienced financial advisers can help. CBAF provides debt advice to help you consolidate loans, reduce repayments, and regain financial freedom. We'll work with you to build a personalised plan that fits your situation, with a focus on long-term stability and peace of mind.

Estate Planning

Protect your assets and preserve your legacy. Planning ahead ensures your loved ones are cared for and your wishes are respected. CBAF's estate planning services guide you through wills, trusts, superannuation, and succession strategies. We collaborate with trusted legal and tax professionals to make the process simple, effective, and stress-free.

Personal Financial Advice

Financial advice tailored to your circumstances. We discuss your goals, current position and the scope of advice before developing a plan. Ask about fees, remuneration and any product limitations, and read our Financial Services Guide.

First Home Buyers

Guiding you every step of the way to your first home. Buying your first property is exciting — but it can also be overwhelming. Our team helps first home buyers understand the entire process, from pre-approval to settlement. We'll find competitive loans, explain grants and incentives, and make sure you feel confident with every decision.

Your Next Home

Upgrade or downsize with confidence. When it's time to move into your next home, CBAF makes the transition smooth and stress-free. We'll assess your current financial situation, explore bridging finance or equity options, and help you secure the best loan to match your next chapter.

Refinancing

Find a better rate and make your money work harder. If it's been a while since you reviewed your mortgage, you could be paying more than you need to. Our refinancing specialists compare lenders and rates to help you lower repayments, consolidate debt, or access equity for renovations or investments.

Property Investment

Build long-term wealth through property. Whether you're purchasing your first investment property or growing your portfolio, CBAF helps you structure your loans for maximum return and tax efficiency. Our brokers understand the property market and partner with you to develop a tailored property investment lending strategy.
