Registered tax agents on Skye Road, Frankston — formerly Paganoni Accounting
Counting Beans A.F. is a registered tax agent with an office at 4/30-34 Skye Road, Frankston VIC 3199. The practice was known for many years as Paganoni Accounting and joined Counting Beans A.F. in October 2025. Same accountants, same office, same phone number — with financial advisers and mortgage brokers now working alongside the tax team.
We prepare individual tax returns for employees, investors and sole traders, and full business compliance for companies, partnerships and trusts across Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula. Appointments are in person, by phone or by video, and every fee is quoted before we start.
2026 deadline: 31 October is a Saturday
If you lodge your own return, get it in by Friday 30 October 2026. If you become our client before 31 October, most individuals can lodge as late as 15 May 2027 under the ATO's tax agent lodgment program — and usually get longer to pay any tax owing too.

Why Frankston locals choose Counting Beans A.F.
One firm, three disciplines. Most Frankston accountants stop at the tax return. Because our accountants sit next to our financial advisers (licensed under our own AFSL 491754) and mortgage brokers, a tax appointment can also cover a deductible super contribution, the structure of an investment property, or whether your home loan is still competitive — without a referral to another office.
A local practice with continuity. The Skye Road office has served Frankston clients for many years under the Paganoni name. Long-standing clients keep their accountant and their history; new clients get a firm that knows the Peninsula's tradies, retirees, small businesses and property investors.
Fixed fees, quoted first. See our pricing page for typical tax return fees. There are no surprises at the end of the appointment, and tax agent fees are deductible next year.
