We believe in transparency. We may be remunerated by the lender whose product you choose:

Upfront Commission
0.15% - 0.75%

We may receive a commission from the lender, typically between 0.15% and 0.75% of the loan amount when your loan settles.

Trail Commission
0.10% - 0.275% p.a.

We may receive ongoing commission, typically between 0.10% and 0.275% per annum of the outstanding loan balance while your loan remains active.

Fee for Service
By Agreement

In some cases, we may charge you a fee for our services. This will be disclosed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Important: The lender pays us these commissions. You do not pay us for credit assistance unless we agree on a fee-for-service arrangement in advance.

If you apply for a loan through us, you will need to provide complete and accurate information about your financial situation. It is important that you:

Provide truthful and accurate information

Disclose all your current financial commitments

Read and understand all loan documents before signing, including the lender's terms and conditions

Ensure you can afford the repayments for the loan term

We Protect Your Information

We collect personal information to assess your credit needs and provide credit assistance. We may share this information with lenders, mortgage insurers, and other service providers.
