Hi, I'm Narelle, and I'm proud to be part of the team here at Counting Beans Advice. My career in the accounting industry spans over 25 years, and I've had the pleasure of working in both accounting and financial planning roles across firms in Frankston and Malvern.
I originally joined Paganoni Accounting back in January 2012, shortly after returning from maternity leave with my son. Over the years, I've gained a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the importance of client care, attention to detail, and teamwork in delivering great service.
Now, as I begin this exciting new chapter with Counting Beans, I'm eager to continue learning, growing, and contributing to a business that truly values its clients and people. I take pride in being organised and approachable, and I love creating genuine connections with clients. Building relationships and ensuring people feel supported and looked after is what motivates me every day.
Working in a collaborative and positive team environment is something I really enjoy — it's where I thrive and where I believe the best client outcomes are achieved.
Outside of work, life is wonderfully busy and full. I've been with my partner for over 26 years, and together we have two amazing children who keep us on our toes! Weekends are usually spent at kids' sports, catching up with friends, and enjoying time with family.
