I joined Counting Beans Advice in early 2023 and have since grown into my role as a Junior Accountant, working across a wide range of accounting and administrative areas. I'm currently completing a Bachelor of Accounting and Business Information Technology (Professional) at Swinburne University of Technology, which complements my hands-on experience and helps me connect theory with real-world practice.
Day to day, I assist with preparing individual tax returns, reconciling bank transactions, reporting investment activity, and managing client documentation workflows. These responsibilities have helped me build a strong foundation in compliance and client service, and I'm continually developing my technical knowledge in both accounting and financial planning.
I particularly enjoy creating accounting templates and data visualisation tools that make complex financial information easier to understand. I like finding ways to combine technical accuracy with visual clarity — whether through dashboards, charts, or structured reports — to help clients and colleagues make confident, informed decisions.
Outside of work and study, I'm passionate about sport and fitness. I've recently taken up golf and quickly become hooked — it's a great blend of strategy, patience, and challenge. I also enjoy keeping active at the gym and love watching or playing a wide range of sports, from footy to tennis.
