As the newest member of the Counting Beans team, I'm genuinely excited to begin this new chapter in my career and discover all the opportunities it brings. My professional background includes several years with Specsavers, where I supported a diverse range of customer needs, fostered strong rapport with clients, and consistently worked toward practical, thoughtful solutions.
I'm looking forward to bringing these strengths into my role as Receptionist at Counting Beans. Providing exceptional service has always been a priority for me, and I'm committed to carrying that same level of care, positivity, and dedication into every client interaction.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my partner of 15 years and our much-loved fur-baby Nika, a lively 1.5-year-old Staffy who keeps life fun and full of energy. Whether we're out exploring on weekend adventures or curled up together on the couch, they're my favourite company.
This year, I also began studying creative writing and literature—an interest rooted in a long-standing fascination with storytelling and the power of language. Few things bring me as much joy as becoming completely immersed in a great book and discovering new ideas, characters, and worlds.
